Right Now

I was inspired by Robyn over at robayre to do a "Right Now" post to get writing.

Anticipating- I have some great news that I can't quite share yet, but I'm looking forward to something new that I start in just under two weeks.
Buying- I've been trying to be good with my spending, but I ordered some new books the other day and have been eyeing a new coffee maker (there is a surprising lack of coffee shops in our neighborhood).
Creating- I currently have 4 paintings in progress, 3 wood panels and 1 canvas.
Eating- Being very domestic and making lots of home cooked meals; tonight was maple glazed pork chops and yesterday was a cold chicken pasta salad. Yum!
Feeling- Positive. I've been going through some up and downs lately but am looking forward to the future and everything I have going on.
Listening- I didn't go to Riot Fest in Chicago this weekend but I've been listening to some of the bands that played (Taking Back Sunday, The Menzingers are good to sing along to while cleaning).
Loving- Fall weather starting. I didn't used to love fall that much, but the longer I live in the Midwest, the more I enjoy it. Sweater weather!
Missing- The dog we adopted when I was in high school, Maggie, passed away today. Very sad but she had a long life.
Procrastinating- Constantly! It's been so hard to be motivated. Maybe I could check Tumblr before I start painting, then soon enough I'm on Pinterest too.
Reading- Currently reading This is How You Die. So far I'm enjoying it and it's a great follow up to Machine of Death
Seeing- Saw the Magritte exhibit at the Art Institute. Fantastic! He did some pretty creepy stuff.
WatchingI've been watching WAY too many crime shows on TV, I seriously need an intervention.
Wanting- Fall clothes and kitchen gadgets like a crock pot so we can get even more cozy at home this winter. Very domestic!

I hope everyone's week is off to a great start.
